"The municipality, the City of Belgrade and the local government will announce Calls for Proposals in the field of information according to the needs of citizens at the local level. These needs are defined by the Law on Public Information and Media, and all entities will be able to apply, both those having been financed from the budget and the private entities, the expert committees will decide on the most the most appropriate entity/ies, "said Kolarevi?.
